We implemented a comprehensive audiovisual installation in the Warsaw office to support daily communication, meetings, presentations, and videoconferencing. The system’s centerpiece is a video wall composed of four NEC MultiSync UN552V monitors, enabling clear content display, data presentation, and collaborative material analysis during meetings. Specialized service mounts ensure convenient access to the equipment. An Audio-Technica wireless conference system—featuring 18 units equipped with gooseneck microphones and built-in speakers—facilitates smooth discussion management. This solution allows participants to speak easily without the need for cabling at each station. Battery power and a dedicated charging station simplify system preparation for subsequent meetings. Remote communication is supported by the Huddly Crew intelligent camera system, which automatically adjusts framing based on the meeting's flow and participant activity. A Yamaha ceiling array microphone—featuring noise reduction, echo cancellation, and multi-speaker tracking—ensures clear audio transmission. A DSP processor and ceiling-mounted speakers complete the system, while USB infrastructure and a central rack cabinet ensure organized device integration. The resulting space enables videoconferences, in-person meetings, and hybrid sessions, as well as free-flowing discussion, content presentation, and efficient team collaboration within a single, integrated AV environment.
