For the international hotel chain Accor Hotels, we have completed a comprehensive installation of the audiovisual system in their newly opened 4* hotel Mercure Warszawa Ursus Station. This conference facility, with large accommodation facilities in the form of 230 rooms and suites, offers over 300 m2 of conference space and was located just a 20-minute drive from Chopin Airport. Four large conference rooms with the option of combining them in any configuration and an intimate Boardroom have been designed for participants. We have equipped the conference rooms with professional Extron audio, vision, and control systems, supported by the AKG wireless microphone system and Tascam music players. Epson professional Full HD installation projectors are responsible for the projection. Our team of specialists has additionally made public address and control systems in the lobby, restaurant, recreation area, SPA, gym and Fitness room. We implemented control throughout the facility using wall keyboards, touch panels and mobile iPads, from which conference participants and hotel staff can easily manage all functions of the AV system. As a Digital Signage system we used OneLan solution. OneLan players allows to edit displayed information, such as room rates, current exchange rates, and more, in a quick and easy way. The Digital Signage system is complemented by a departures and arrivals system, which is updated automatically from the Warsaw airport.
