For the investor, we completed a comprehensive installation of audio-video systems and AV control in the conference and common areas of the Air Hotel in Warsaw, located directly next to Chopin Airport. The facility provides modern business facilities for corporate meetings, training sessions, and conferences. The hotel's conference area comprises nine modern rooms with a total area of approximately 570 m². Some of the Gate 1A, 1B, and 1C conference rooms, thanks to a modular wall system, can be combined and divided depending on the event's needs, totaling 156 m². The second, undivided room measures 160 m², while smaller spaces are suitable for smaller meetings and business workshops. As part of the project, we designed and implemented an integrated audio and video distribution system based on professional Extron solutions, enabling presentations and conference events to be held in multiple rooms simultaneously. Each room is equipped with a professional sound system, ensuring uniform sound coverage and high speech intelligibility during training sessions and conferences. An integral element of the installation is a multimedia visualization and presentation system, enabling the quick connection of presentation devices and the convenient conduct of business meetings and hybrid events, based on the Logitech videoconferencing system and Teams communicator. The entire system has been integrated into a central control system, which allows hotel staff to intuitively manage audio-video functions in individual conference rooms using keyboards and touch panels. The solutions implemented have created a modern and functional conference facility, ensuring the comfort of organizing business events and reliable operation of AV systems.
